Sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes. I am happy to offer an 8% discount for unwaged, students or under-19s. Payment is made via bank transfer before our first session.

I normally reach out via email within 24 hours to arrange, so do check your junk folder if you have not received this.

Short term counselling normally lasts for 6 - 8 sessions. If you feel you need longer term therapy, we can discuss this. I am happy to book sessions with you on a weekly or fortnightly basis. However, evidence from counselling research suggests that weekly sessions are most beneficial for therapeutic change.
